Learning Objective:
In this week, you will learn the mental cultivation through meditation, chanting, and visualizations. Also, you will learn about how the Buddhist texts were assembled, preserved, and distributed throughout time, including the formation of the Three Collections (Tripitaka) of the Buddha’s teachings, his moral guidelines, and commentaries in Sanskrit, Pali, Chinese, and Tibetan languages.
